Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Intern, based in Kuala Lumpur, with some flexibility for remote work. The Account Intern will assist in managing customer accounts, analyzing financial data, and supporting account management efforts. Responsibilities include conducting customer service activities, aiding in account-related tasks, and maintaining clear and professional communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, problem identification, and providing actionable insights.
  • Excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Understanding of Finance principles and practices to support account and financial management tasks.
  • Customer Service skills, with a proactive and empathetic approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Knowledge of Account Management operations, including account maintenance and client support.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other financial tools is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing) in Finance or Accountancy.
  • Required for 4 months & above
  • Start immidiately in March 2026
