Oversee the preparation of consolidated financial statements and quarterly Bursa Malaysia reporting, ensuring compliance with MFRS and Bursa Listing Requirements.
Manage full set of accounts, including general ledger (GL), accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), bank reconciliation, month-end and year-end closing processes.
Lead and supervise the team in preparing and reviewing management accounts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to internal reporting deadlines and standards.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting for both statutory and management purposes.
Internal Control & Process Improvement
Maintain and enhance internal control systems to ensure financial integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Review and improve accounting processes and SOPs to strengthen reporting accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in construction, property development, or audit background.
Strong experience in full set accounting, consolidation, and financial reporting.
Independent, proactive, and able to work under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
Strong analytical skills with good stakeholder management ability.
