About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Accounts Manager to oversee the full spectrum of accounting functions for our hospitality operations. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage a team, ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain strong credit control practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL and bank reconciliations
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Supervise and guide the accounts team, including task delegation and performance management
  • Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets
  • Oversee credit control functions, including monitoring receivables, setting credit limits, and ensuring timely collections
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and statutory requirements
  • Support management with financial analysis and decision-making

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent) is an advantage
  • Minimum 6 - 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality or hotel industry
  • Proven experience in team leadership and credit control management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
