The role is to deliver effective accounts payable services to the business with high standards of accuracy and within agreed service level agreements. Your Key ResponsibilitiesSubmitting vendor invoices received to Shared Services team for processing
Processing payment to vendors
Sending remittance advices to vendors
Dealing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure payment are made promptly on time
Sending WHT certificates to vendors, when necessary
Preparing and reviewing vendor's reconciliation
Prepare and analyse GRIR reconciliation for review and clearing off open items
Perform Inter-company Billing, If Required
Adhoc tasks assigned Qualifications / RequirementsSkills and knowledge:
Must have strong organizational and time management skills
SAP experience will be an added advantage
Intermediate Excel and Word
Team player with the ability to also work independently with little supervision
Strong problem-solving skills proven experience in understanding and solving problems
Professional phone manner is essential
Chinese speaking will be an added advantage
Experience
Equivalent to 2-3 year's administration experience, ideally in the Finance department
