Accounts Payable Executive

Description

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Executive to join our team in Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in finance and accounting. The Accounts Payable Executive will be responsible for processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring timely payments.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
• Assist in month-end closing activities and reporting
• Coordinate with internal departments to obtain necessary approvals for payments
• Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports for management review
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures regarding financial transactions

Skills and Qualifications

• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and procedures
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
