About Us

MetaComp Pte Ltd is a leading Singapore-based digital payment solution provider, licensed and regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) as a Major Payment Institution, to provide Digital Payment Token Services and Cross-border Payment Transfers. Operating under a P2B2C (platform-to-business, partners-to-clients) model, MetaComp provides its clients with an integrated end-to-end suite of services, empowering them to confidently enter the digital asset market with much-needed safety, security, and compliance assurance. Together with its parent company, Metaverse Green Exchange Pte. Ltd. (a MAS-licensed CMS holder permitted to carry out, inter alia, brokerage and custody services), MetaComp introduces its suite of services through CAMP (Client Assets Management Platform) which allow businesses to develop and scale their digital asset offerings through various products and/or services such as over-the-counter transactions, fiat payments, digital asset custody and prime brokerage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices, employee expense claims, and payment requests accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Verify invoices against purchase orders, contracts, approvals, and supporting documentation.
  • Prepare weekly and ad hoc payment runs, including bank transfers and other electronic payment methods.
  • Maintain accurate vendor master records and ensure all documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice discrepancies by liaising with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
  • Monitor payment due dates to ensure timely settlement while optimizing cash flow.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities, including accruals, accounts reconciliations, and supporting schedules.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing of invoices, payment records, and supporting documentation.
  • Support audit requests by preparing documentation and responding to auditor queries.
  • Ensure compliance with internal finance policies, approval workflows, tax requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Assist with finance process improvements and automation initiatives.
  • Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, or Accounting. Fresh graduates with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Xero, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar) is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with integrity.
  • Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an added advantage for liaising with regional vendors.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting multi-entity or regional finance operations.
  • Familiarity with SST, withholding tax, and cross-border payment processes.
  • Exposure to fintech, payments, financial services, or digital asset industries is advantageous.
