The Account Payable Specialist is responsible for travel and entertainment (T&E) reimbursements, support month-end activities, and help improve our accounting processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and audit employee expense reports to ensure policy compliance.
  • Support employees with T&E related inquiries and issue resolution.
  • Perform month-end closing activities and prepare reports for management.
  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issue and enhance processes and efficiency.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in accounting or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Skills
  • Working knowledge of ERP
  • Analytics mindset with problem solving skills
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new things
  • Good communication skills
