The Accounts Payable Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) will be responsible for managing and processing accounts payable transactions efficiently and accurately. Description
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of AP transactions in line with company policies, SOPs, SLA, and KPI targets.
- Check and process vendor invoices and staff claims promptly, adhering to business controls and local legal requirements.
- Prepare and process payments according to scheduled timelines.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and support month-end closing activities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Draft and continuously update work documentation (DTP).
- Participate in special projects and initiatives to enhance efficiency within the Shared Service Center.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in finance operations or a similar role within a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; SAP knowledge would be an advantage.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Vietnamese language is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
