Srri Easwari Mills Sdn Bhd is a halal-certified OEM manufacturer, supplier and exporter of masala, flour, spices, herbs and lentils, established since 1955. We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Admin cum Sales Coordinator to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and follow up on Sales Representatives daily tasks and reports
- Assist Sales Representatives in preparing sales orders
- Check stock availability and coordinate with relevant departments
- Prepare and issue customer statements of account
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and payment reminders
- Assist with accounts receivable functions, including aging reports and payment updates
- Assist with bank reconciliation and basic accounting records
- Manage filing, documentation and proper record-keeping
- Handle petty cash and related records
- Support daily administrative tasks and sales coordination
- Liaise with customers, the sales team and internal departments as required
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, Degree or equivalent qualification
- Experience in administration, sales coordination, accounts or a related field is an added advantage
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and SQL Accounting/admin systems
- Good communication skills with the ability to follow up with customers professionally
- Responsible, well-organized and able to work independently
- Attentive to detail and willing to learn
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice is an added advantage
