Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop highperforming Cash Application and Billing teams, driving engagement and capability growth.
  • Manage hiring, onboarding, training, performance reviews, probation, PIPs, and overall career development.
  • Ensure business continuity through effective capacity planning, workload management, and contingency strategies.
  • Oversee endtoend AR operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across all processes.
  • Drive daily cash application, customer payment processing, account clearing in SAP, and discrepancy resolution with Collections.
  • Manage bank access, ensure timely retrieval of bank statements, and monitor posting accuracy.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoice generation and support billing discrepancy resolution with crossfunctional teams.
  • Lead monthend AR close activities, including review of manual journal entries and compliance with internal controls.
  • Prepare and present KPI dashboards, maintaining strong communication with key stakeholders and business partners.
  • Champion CoE initiatives (CentralizeStandardizeAutomate) while leading process improvements, system enhancements, and defectresolution projects.

Qualifications / Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy
  • Professional qualification [e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW] will be advantageous
  • At least 6 years audit/accounting/related work experience, plus at least 2 years people supervisory/managerial position [can be dotted/indirect reporting line.
  • Strong understanding of core accounting principles with experience in multinational shared services environments.
  • Proficient in JDE, SAP, Blackline, and Business Warehouse (added advantage).
  • Excellent English communication skills with strong interpersonal ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking capability with a proactive, selfmotivated approach.
  • Solid leadership with a continuous improvement mindset; able to thrive under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
  • High digital literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and other essential IT tools.
