Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kulim for an Accounts (Sales) Manager. The Accounts (Sales) Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. They will engage with clients to understand their needs, create customized solutions, handle negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to align on sales goals and provide insights will also be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven sales skills, ability to create strategies, and track record in achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of market trends, business development, and customer relationship management
  • Analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in relevant sales tools and CRM platforms
  • Initiative, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to work independently
  • Experience in the insulation or construction industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness to work on-site in Kulim and travel as required
