Role Overview
Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):-
- Assisting with bookkeeping and financial reporting
- Performing data entry into accounting or ERP systems
- Preparing financial statements and undertaking reconciliations
- Preparing and filing tax returns for individuals and businesses
- Liaising with clients and government authorities for compliance
What Sets You Apart For This Role
- A relevant diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA)
- Fresh graduates and individuals with 12 years of experience are encouraged to apply
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and Malaysian tax regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount)
- Strong attention to details with analytical and problem-solving skills
- Capable of working independently with minimum supervision and as a team under pressure
- Has exemplary sense of responsibility, organizational and time management skills
- Able to multi-task and adapt to dynamic changes in the business environment
- Has effective communication skills
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
