Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Acoustic Engineer (Senior/Lead), based in R&D Malaysia office at Johor Bahru. The selected individual will lead initiatives and engage with cross-functional team. Key responsibilities include acoustic measurements and analysis, developing models and solutions, and involve in new ideation. The role also requires preparing detailed reports and presenting findings to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong background in R&D within the acoustics field
• Proficiency in acoustics principles, computational tools for developing model and able to come out with solution propositions
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate ideas effectively
• Good leadership and team player working on shared goals
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Acoustical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or any related field
• Prior experience in aeroacoustics and smart home appliances is a plus
