About The Internship

The Action Learning Certification Growth Analytics is a 3-month internship program designed to provide hands-on experience in market research, strategic analysis, and/or business consulting. Interns will work guided by internal frameworks, while gaining exposure to high-impact strategic initiatives. This program is ideal for driven individuals looking to build real-world skills in research, data interpretation, and strategic communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in onboarding sessions and complete foundational training modules.
  • Collaborate with mentors and senior stakeholders to understand strategic objectives.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and produce structured outputs using internal templates.
  • Attend regular check-ins for feedback and alignment.
  • Contribute to special projects such as operations audits or benchmarking, as required.
  • Present final insights and submit a complete project portfolio during the internship close-out.
