An Activation Marketing Manager

What you'll need to succeed

  • 5-12 years of experience in insurance, wealth, or financial services across product, marketing, or distribution
  • Strong understanding of HNW/affluent segment, insurance products, and distribution channels (banks, life planners)
  • Proven experience in activation strategy, sales enablement, and campaign execution
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal teams and external partners
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies
