An Activation Marketing Manager
What you'll need to succeed
- 5-12 years of experience in insurance, wealth, or financial services across product, marketing, or distribution
- Strong understanding of HNW/affluent segment, insurance products, and distribution channels (banks, life planners)
- Proven experience in activation strategy, sales enablement, and campaign execution
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence internal teams and external partners
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable sales strategies
