About the RoleProvides support to supervisor under Actuarial Transformation team in the design, preparation and implementation phases within AIA Finance and Actuarial functions to streamline existing business processes.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Work closely with the various actuarial teams to improve existing processes
2. Recommend areas of improvement to lean existing way of working and transform existing business practices to suit the changing business needs
3. Partner with the relevant business team to implement the identified process change.
4. Familiarizingand mastering robotic process automation setup
5. Support ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements
  • University / College graduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science or relevant subject
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other computer application such as POWER BI, VBA and FoxPro will be an advantage
  • Good technical and analytical skills
  • Highly motivated, result oriented and solution focus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and passionate about making a difference
  • Bachelor's degree pursuing Actuarial Professional Exam
