Join a high-impact actuarial team where you will shape critical business decisions through advanced modelling, product development, and capital management initiatives. You will partner closely with business stakeholders and senior management, providing clear insights that influence strategy and performance.
Position Responsibilities:
Review and assist business unit in Actuarial modelling work such as new product implementation, new capital regime implementation, model enhancement, basis change and Axis version upgrade.
Understand actuarial model and able to explain and communicate results to/answer questions from business unit directly, including communication with senior management.
Assist in training and development of junior staff including serving as first reviewer of work quality control.
Maintain and improve documentation of tasks for general reference.
Initiate process improvements and streamline tasks wherever possible.
Continue to refine analytical skills and develop business knowledge.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Actuarial Science, Statistics, and Mathematics.
Preferably 1-2 years relevant experience.
Demonstrate ability to apply actuarial theories to develop pr actical solutions to various assignments and projects.
Comfortable to work independently with minimal guidance and collaborate with colleague from different location.
