Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee execution of Prophet runs for HKRBC sensitivities, SST, ORSA, and BP, etc.
  • Manage resource allocation and ensure timely delivery of production and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Review outputs for accuracy and escalate issues promptly.
  • Liaise with PHKL stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide status updates.
  • Ensure robust processes and control frameworks are properly established, consistently applied, and effectively maintained
  • Mentor and guide analysts to build technical and domain expertise.
  • Support detailed analysis and ad hoc work such as development tasks, process improvements, etc

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fellow or Associate of actuarial body (SOA, IFOA, or equivalent). Partial completion of examinations is acceptable.
  • 7+ years of experience in actuarial modelling and regulatory reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of Risk Based Capital frameworks and Prophet modelling.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight timelines.
  • Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Cantonese is an advantage.
