A prominent organisation undertaking a significant enterprise transformation programme is seeking a senior delivery leader to drive strategic initiatives that will shape its future operating model and technology landscape.
Your new role
As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading a portfolio of mission-critical initiatives across business and technology functions. Working with executive stakeholders, you will ensure strategic priorities are translated into tangible outcomes, while building strong delivery practices and governance frameworks across the organisation.
You'll drive alignment between business objectives and project execution, manage complex stakeholder environments, and lead high-performing teams through large-scale change programmes.
What you'll need to succeed
- 12+ years experience leading enterprise-scale programmes or transformation initiatives
- Strong experience managing multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders
- Delivery experience across technology, digital transformation, operational excellence, or business change programmes
- Strong commercial, governance, and risk management capabilities
- Project delivery certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or equivalent
