Responsible for managing the delivery, monitoring, optimizations, and reporting of ad campaigns to key clients within a team environment
Effectively communicate and update status of campaigns, technical issues, launch delays, delivery issues to key clients
Perform quality assurance checks on campaigns to ensure that items and creative have been set up correctly and are delivering across all platforms and devices
Assist with documenting, updating and maintaining trafficking and work-flow procedures for client accounts
Consult global brands and their media agencies on media planning, budget allocation and optimization of each marketing channel
Forge relationships with key decision-makers within the brands and advocate ShopBack's advertising offerings for the purpose of reactivation or renewal
Ensure timely & detailed analytical reporting of the key campaign outcome
Coordinate with cross functional teams to execute projects such as onsite, graphics, performance marketing and category teams
Champion data extraction and in-depth use of internal software tool to formulate meaningful insights
