Responsible for design adaptations, to production artwork builds in accordance to client's specifications.
Ability to interpret concept and/or brand guidelines through to artwork execution.
Executes creative and graphic concepts in collaboration with assigned team.
Producing high quality adaptive design artworks that meets or exceeds global industry standards. Ensures accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high-quality artwork by effectively using industry standard software, tools, and print techniques.
Ensure brand and design consistency across client initiatives.
Support the team to fulfil client briefs by providing creative solutions.
Acts as the point person for adaptive design troubleshooting problems, and proactively anticipates and resolves issues with limited direction.
Quality check all work performed following the department's standardized procedure.
Reviewing all adaptive design/ artworks with design team.
Speak with clients and/or external vendors to identify and resolve adaptive design/ artwork related issue.
Driven to consistently exceed client expectation, thrive in the demands of pressing deadlines and confidently manage multiple artworks and often quickly changing priorities.
Provide solutions and implement new workflows to execute accurately and timely product.
Contributes to process improvement on a regular basis.
Create strong and effective internal partnerships. Collaborate with Adaptive Designers and Client Coordinators to ensure systems and processes are efficient and properly executed in the day-to-day operations.
May perform other work tasks as needed to meet client needs.
Job Requirements:
Certificate/ Diploma/ Degree in Art & Design, Printing Technology or equivalent.
More than 6 year(s) of working experience in the adaptive design/ artwork, design production, pre-press, printing, packaging and advertising industry or digital imaging.
Required skill(s): Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Macintosh and/or Windows.
Understand of the print process, knowledgeable in multiple aspects of print production techniques.
Able to understand branding, brand design and able to create cohesive designs across multiple platforms.
Ability to prioritize workload, proactively seek answers to questions, and meet assigned deadlines.
Mature, hardworking and able to manage time efficiently to work in an up-tempo environment.
