We're looking for an Adjuster (Property & Engineering) to join our Kuala Lumpur team. If you enjoy investigating complex loss events, exercising sound judgment, and working closely with clients and stakeholders, this role is for you. You'll manage diverse caseloads, work on meaningful cases, and grow within a team that values ownership, learning, and collaboration.

What You'll Do

Claims Investigation & Assessment

  • Promptly investigate reported loss events, establish relevant facts, and assess causation and damages
  • Provide clear and timely advice on potential policy coverage issues
  • Manage reinstatement or rehabilitation assessments where applicable

Client Reporting

  • Draft comprehensive and accurate client reports within agreed timelines

Claims Management

  • Regularly update and maintain the claims management system to ensure accurate and current information
  • Negotiate and resolve claims within established authority levels, SLAs, and KPIs

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as a primary point of contact for insurer clients, intermediaries, policyholders, and third parties
  • Respond promptly and professionally to queries, delivering clear and helpful guidance

External Resource Management

  • Coordinate and manage external experts, service providers, and contractors to ensure quality and timely delivery

Standards & Ethics

  • Uphold Crawford's ethics, values, and commitment to integrity in all actions
  • Promote insurer clients brands with professionalism

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline
  • Professional Insurance Qualification is an added advantage
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience
