Job Description

Job Responsibility
  • Prepare DO, Invoice, stock record, filling and office general admin
  • To arrange logistics.
  • To call and follow up payments from customers
  • Dealing with supplier / customer
  • Assisting in updating cash book/cash flow
Job Requirements
  • Punctual, independent, Willing to learn
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/O Level/ Diploma in any field.
  • Computer Literate, proficient in Ms. Excel and Ms. Words
  • Prefer having knowledge of UBS accounting and billing
