Position title: Admin and Human Resource Executive
Salary range: RM3,000 to RM4,000
Job Scope:
- To oversee daily administrative and office support operations to ensure smooth workflow
- To handle general administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, data entry, license renewals and record maintenance
- To manage office and pantry supplies, stationery, courier or physical document delivery services and maintenance of office facilities
- To prepare letters and bind reports
- To liaise with external parties such as vendors, service providers, building management and relevant authorities
- To coordinate physical/zoom meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- To support staff claims, reimbursements and basic HR/administrative matters
- To organise and support company events and activities
- To perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a related field
- 1-3 years of relevant working experience preferred, however fresh graduates are also welcome
- Good command of spoken and written English (proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia or other languages is an added advantage)
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office application
- Basic IT knowledge will be an added advantage
- Willing to travel when required
