We are growing rapidly and are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
Role Description
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue by connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions. You'll work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure a smooth sales process and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web leads
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide accurate information on products/services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and sales agreements
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and product offerings
- Use CRM software to manage sales pipeline and track customer interactions
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer service (preferably B2B or tech/telecom industry)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred
