Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Review and verify supporting documents to process and issue credit notes in a timely and accurate manner based on approved documentation.
  • Ensure all credit notes are properly recorded and comply with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Handle daily incoming and outgoing stock: receiving, checking items and quantities, recording, organizing, and storing stock.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit note transactions.
  • Assist in reconciling customer accounts and resolving related discrepancies.
  • Ensure efficient order processing.
  • Daily filling to ensure all documents is well kept.
  • Perform weekly stock take to maintain stock balance accuracy.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • 5.5 working days per week.
  • Working location is Subang SS15 (10 minutes walk from LRT station).
  • Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • can converse in Mandarin/Cantonese, Bahasa Malaysia, Bahasa English
