Job Description

Role: Admin Assistant

Industry: FMCG

Working Day/Hours: Monday – Friday; 9am – 6pm

Duration: 12 months contract (Renewable based on business needs)

Working Location: 10th Floor, Surian Tower, No. 1, Jalan PJU 7/3, Mutiara Damansara 47810, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Salary: Basic up to RM2,550 (Based on experience + skills) with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + medical insurance (Inpatient)

JOB DESCRIPTION

The five key elements of a DTC Store Assistant are: Project management and documentation, Tracking and managing product inventory levels, Tracking & reporting of sales, rewards, KPIs (will have MMI design & develop KPI scorecard & initial management, Customer service on orders, Effectively managing Rewards customer service issues & interacting with Rewards Vendor on fulfillment, etc

Must Have

1. English language skills

2. Basic office 365 skills

3. Communication and coordination skills

4. Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
