We are a grocery start up looking for hardworking and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Working in our company will be challenging but rewarding.
The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Data entry & preparation of simple documents for business purposes
- Keeping documents organised, filing, and archiving
- Liaising with internal and external parties to get task done
- Provide ad hoc support around office and store as needed such as cashiering & quality checks
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Prior experience in retail or a similar environment is a plus
- Experience with cash handling, transaction processing, and issuing receipts will be a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues
- Language: Must haves are English & BM (Mandarin & Cantonese will be an added advantage)
