Responsibilities- To carry our data collection and analysis; all records and reports to be kept safe.
- Source and deliver the requested report on time (periodical: daily / weekly, etc) by
- Compliance to the work order and the work process.
- Propose more efficient methods of acquiring, processing, and storing regular
- Collect relevant data of the industry; and regularly provide data with reference value
- To assist with planning and coordinating training programmes.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and files and ensure data accuracy and
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing.
- To assist the Manager in all administrative and analytical work.
- Other duties as assigned by your superior and Director, Operation
Requirements- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skill
