Job Purpose
The Administrative Assistant supports the daily administrative and clerical functions of 10Star Cinemas Sdn Bhd. This role ensures smooth coordination of office and cinema operations by handling documentation, filing, scheduling, and basic data management tasks within the entertainment and cinema industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain filing systems (both physical and digital) for administrative and cinema operations.
- Prepare and handle documentation such as letters, forms, and simple reports.
- Assist with data entry, ensuring all employee and operational information is accurate and up to date.
- Handle general correspondence including phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from staff or business partners.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies, stationery, and administrative inventory.
- Provide support during company or cinema events, screenings, or promotional activities.
- Carry out any other administrative or clerical duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced cinema environment.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
