Requirements
1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
2.1-3 years of relevant working experiences.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
3.Fluent in Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing.Strong communication and organizational skills.
4.Mandarin speaker preferred.
Responsibility
1.Manage office supplies and stationery.
2.Assist in coordinating office maintenance, repairs, and service provider.
3.Assist in meeting scheduling and event coordination.
4.Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
5.Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
6.Ensure compliance with company HR policies and labour regulations.
