Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Check daily foreign worker lists and update records (resignations, dorm assignments)
  • Arrange new worker dorm rooms and prepare safety forms
  • Assist with worker injury cases by coordinating clinic visits and managing medical documents
  • Record factory and container water meter readings every morning
  • Monitor and restock first aid kits and office supplies weekly
  • Manage cleaning supplies and supervise cleaning schedules
  • Coordinate and supervise cleaning of customer rooms, ensuring necessary items (toiletries, linens, etc.) are prepared
  • Maintain pantry stocks (snacks, milk, cleaning items)
  • Assist with small maintenance jobs at dorms and office (fans, lights, etc.)
  • Support other admin tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent in Administration or related field
  • Able to speak and write Mandarin well
  • Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel
  • At least 1 year experience in admin or related work preferred
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
