Job Description

This will be a 1-year renewable contract.

Responsibilities

  • Secretarial, administrative, and logistical duties (meeting scheduling, material collation, venue arrangements, agenda preparation, tracking follow-ups, minuting writing, making travel arrangements and verifying travel invoices and claims).
  • Regular housekeeping and archival for knowledge management and documentation control.
  • Consolidate information and reports.
  • Prepare presentation materials.
  • Help with requests and queries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Organize and facilitate events, meetings and engagements on various meeting platforms.
  • Support scheduling, logistics and claims processing.
  • Management of goods receipt and procurement requests.
  • Ensure compliance, accuracy, and timely fulfilment.
  • Finance-related tasks (budget memo, budget monitoring).
  • Covering PA to Executive Director and Director when needed.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma in any discipline
  • 2-5 years of relevant working experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Teams)
  • Experienced in managing online platforms such as Zoom and Webex
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
