Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Able to speak and read in Mandarin
  • Daily preparation such as filing source documents, payment voucher and handle daily cash collection.
  • Handling in Customer receivable task such as sales invoices, quotations, customer payments
  • Handling Supplier matters such as invoices, payment, aging report and etc.
  • Handle incoming calls
  • Assist in the management of office and inventory
  • Assist with other administrative duties as necessary
  • Undertake any ad hoc duties assigned from the Management from time to time.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Education: SPM or equivalent in a relevant filed/course
  • Basic knowledge of Book Keeping
  • Computer literate in MS Excel and Word
  • Language : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Responsible, good initiatives
  • Six (6) Days Week Working day : Tuesday to Friday 9am to 6pm; Saturday 9am to 4pm; alternate working on Sunday 9am to 4pm
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
