Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Process customer orders
  • Respond to customer information in a timely manner
  • Maintain knowledge of all products offered by the company, including features, benefits, and FAQs.
  • Resolve queries and complaints as quickly as possible
  • Develop relationships with key customers who are influential in the market

  • Time: (Mon-Fri) 9am-6pm (Sat) half day
