Job Description

Key Roles:

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Sales Team.
  • Process customer orders and coordinate delivery status updates.
  • Prepare quotations, delivery orders, and tax invoices.
  • Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally.
  • Generate and maintain daily sales reports.
  • Monitor and support daily sales administration and operational activities.
  • Address customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
  • Maintain accurate and organized filing systems.
  • Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Essential Requirements:

  • Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in related discipline, preferably Business Management
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Power Point, etc.

Nice to Have Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • High sporting & hardworking mindset, with good organizational skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, positive attitude and committed to achieve team goal.
  • Highly customer oriented.
