Key Roles:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the Sales Team.
- Process customer orders and coordinate delivery status updates.
- Prepare quotations, delivery orders, and tax invoices.
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate and maintain daily sales reports.
- Monitor and support daily sales administration and operational activities.
- Address customer concerns and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems.
- Perform other duties and ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Essential Requirements:
- Certificate, Diploma or equivalent in related discipline, preferably Business Management
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Power Point, etc.
