Job Description

  • Handle daily administrative tasks (filing, data entry, document control)
  • Issue invoices, delivery orders & receipts
  • Key in accounting data into accounts system
  • Assist in accounts payable & accounts receivable
  • Prepare payment vouchers and assist in bank reconciliation
  • Maintain proper filing of accounting and admin documents
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • With experience in admin or basic accounting will be an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. AutoCount/SQL) is a plus
  • Responsible, detail-oriented and willing to learn
  • Good command of Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin (both written and spoken) to liaise with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
