Job Description
• Manage executives calendars, meetings, and conference room bookings, ensuring smooth daily schedules
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including liaising with other administrators and stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain administrative reports, spreadsheets, organization charts, public holiday calendars, and trackers
• Handle travel arrangements, visa applications, accommodation bookings, and expense claim submissions
• Support procurement activities including PR/PO coordination and vendor liaison
• Liaise with building management on office facilities, access cards, parking, and maintenance matters
• Organize employee engagement activities, townhalls, team building sessions, and office events
• Manage office assets, stationery, pantry supplies, and inventory records
• Provide administrative support for onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Act as coordinator for social clubs and employee wellness initiatives
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and corporate standards
• Perform ad-hoc administrative and executive support tasks as required
