Job Description:
Office Administration
- Handle and support day-to-day general office operations and administrative tasks.
- Greet and assist guests/visitors, ensuring proper procedures are followed upon arrival.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked reception area at all times.
Office Supplies Management
- Manage the procurement and usage of office supplies, including stationery, printing materials, cleaning equipment, pantry items, and other essentials.
- Monitor and replenish supplies such as pantry goods and stationery.
Company Asset Management
- Maintain and track company assets, including labelling and record-keeping.
- Ensure cleaning duties are carried out by cleaner as scheduled and the office remains in good condition.
- Oversee maintenance, repairs, and overall upkeep of office facilities.
Document Management & Filing
- Ensure documentation is accurate, updated, and organized according to proper filing standards.
Other Administrative Support
- Carry out additional administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Certificate in Business Studies, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a related role
- Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Malay
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
- Maintain a high level of tidiness, cleanliness, and professional presentation standards
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to work independently and as part of a team
