Job Description

Finance Support

  • Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and payment requests.
  • Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing of finance documents.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
  • Liaise with vendors and finance personnel regarding payment and billing matters.

Procurement Support

  • Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations.
  • Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
  • Follow up with suppliers on deliveries, pricing, and order status.
  • Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely procurement of materials and services.
  • Support inventory and stock monitoring activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Procurement, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
  • Good organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing or engineering environments will be an added advantage.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and basic accounting principles.
  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is preferred.
