Job Description

  • Ensure timely processing of utility payments and maintain accurate payment records.
  • Handle order processing efficiently to support smooth daily operations.
  • Oversee stationery and pantry supplies, including inventory monitoring, ordering, and replenishment.
  • Assist in land title documentation management and maintain proper filing and record-keeping.
  • Prepare, update and manage masterlists and multiple datasheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency across records.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications for documentation, reporting, and general data analysis.
  • Experience in handling authority payments such as quit rent, assessment and stamp duties is preferred.
  • Experience in Telco management (e.g., phone lines, mobile plans, and internet services) will be an added advantage.
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to the Admin team as directed by the superior.
