Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Key in all company expenses and operational expenditures into the AutoCount system.
  • Record and manage data related to company operations.
  • Generate and update data related to company operations on various sales platforms.
  • Provide clear visibility of company numbers, including total sales and total expenses.
  • Handle company correspondence and other administrative tasks.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of recorded data.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports as required by the management.

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Minimum Diploma in accounting, finance, business administration, or related fields.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Proficient in data entry software and accounting systems (experience with AutoCount is an advantage).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
