Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle general office administration, filing, and paperwork
  • Assist with inventory records, delivery notes, and simple stock tracking
  • Liaise with suppliers for quotations, orders, and document follow-up
  • Support daily sales reporting, petty cash claims, and simple finance tasks
  • Assist HR with attendance records and basic onboarding paperwork
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and operational support for outlets

Requirements

  • SPM/Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
  • 12 years of admin experience would be an advantage, but fresh grads are welcome to apply(retail/F&B experience is a bonus)
  • Ability to communicate & write in Mandarin is required for billing & reporting purposes
  • Basic MS Office / Google Sheets skills
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work with fast-moving operations
  • Able to communicate clearly with suppliers and outlet teams
