Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations and ensure office efficiency
  • Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems
  • Coordinate meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, and basic documentation
  • Monitor office supplies and handle procurement when necessary
  • Support HR or finance functions (e.g., onboarding, claims, basic invoicing)
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal departments
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute company events and team-building activities
  • Support employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
  • Assist in logistics for internal trainings, workshops, and staff activities

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1–3 years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Able to converse in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
