Job Description- Providing assistance to the HR Team in recruitment and HR Payroll System.
Assist in Planning of future Company, Policies, SOP, licensing and working instructions for the goods of company.- Conducting New Employee Orientation and exit Interviews.
Responsible in quarters admission & withdrawal monitoring. Assist in Negotiating with Government Agencies such as DOE, JKKP, MIDA and KASTAM.
- Sourcing, Planning and requisition and record of employees training.
Undertaking any other duties assigned by superiors or the Management from time to time.
Minimum Diploma, Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations or equivalent.- Working experience in handling set up procedures, policies, legislation and communicate with government sectors.
Familiar with the system of management or administration will be an advantage.
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, hard-working, pleasant personality.- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
