Job Description
  • Providing assistance to the HR Team in recruitment and HR Payroll System.
Assist in Planning of future Company, Policies, SOP, licensing and working instructions for the goods of company.
  • Conducting New Employee Orientation and exit Interviews.
Responsible in quarters admission & withdrawal monitoring. Assist in Negotiating with Government Agencies such as DOE, JKKP, MIDA and KASTAM.
  • Sourcing, Planning and requisition and record of employees training.
Undertaking any other duties assigned by superiors or the Management from time to time.
  • Requirements:
Minimum Diploma, Degree in Business Administration, Public Relations or equivalent.
  • Working experience in handling set up procedures, policies, legislation and communicate with government sectors.
Familiar with the system of management or administration will be an advantage.
  • Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude, hard-working, pleasant personality.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • For non-Mirian & far away from Kuala Baram, we do provide :

  • Working Hours :

Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturday - 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
