Job Description

We are looking for an Admin Executive (Warehouse) who is organised, proactive, and detail-oriented to support daily warehouse administrative operations. In this role, you will ensure accurate documentation, system updates, order processing, and coordination between departments to support efficient warehouse and logistics activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily warehouse administrative activities, including documentation, procurement support, maintenance coordination, and expense processing.
  • Process and monitor outbound orders, ensuring accurate records from picking, checking, shipping, delivery, returns, Proof of Delivery (POD), and invoicing.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ITMS and other operational systems.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, transport, sales, customer service, and other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
  • Prepare reports, maintain records, and manage filing systems for warehouse operations.
  • Assist with stock counts, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, and related documentation.
  • Support warehouse compliance and ensure operational records are properly maintained.
  • Provide administrative support for warehouse projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in administration, warehouse operations, logistics coordination, or a related role is an advantage.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good data entry and record-keeping accuracy.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong teamwork skills.
