Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin & Finance Assistant Manager, based in Shah Alam. Finance & Admin Assistant Manager plays a critical role in overseeing the financial health and administrative efficiency of the company.

Qualifications

  • Strong Finance and Accounting knowledge, including experience in invoicing and financial reporting
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure accurate and efficient financial and administrative operations
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration and documentation
  • Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Proficiency in financial software and MS Office applications
  • Experience in a similar role is an advantage
