  • Oversee tasks including driver and sorters attendance, overtime (OT), KPIs, vehicle maintenance, and hubs assets.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate with team supervisors to manage driver-related issues.
  • Collaborate with the fleet team for hiring and payroll matters.
  • Work with the maintenance team on vehicle upkeep.
  • Manage hub assets in collaboration with the asset management team.

Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines is advantageous
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong organizational and systematic work approach.
  • Strong ability to adapt.
  • Knowledgeable with asset management systems.
