Who is your ideal candidate

Hopefully, you! We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various aspects of our headquarters day-to-day operations. From liaising with third parties to maintaining office files and coordinating logistics, the ideal candidate will be versatile and have the desire to grow with us.

What would my job scope be

  • Liaise with third parties regarding general HQ operations.
  • Organised office files, including invoices, couriers records, and other essential documents.
  • Attending to walk in customers.
  • Coordinate logistics, including parcel preparation, reverse pickups, courier pickups, and shipping processes.
  • Generate service tickets for customer units sent for servicing via courier.
  • Manage office supplies stock, research new deals and suppliers.
  • Manage data-entry, reporting, and other administrative matters
  • Assist in organising various meetings and prepare minutes of meetings.
  • Complete any assigned ad-hoc duties

What are the requirements to apply

  • Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Must possess good communication skills in English & Malay
  • Must be detail-oriented
  • Must have good organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Must possess good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must maintain a high degree of integrity and confidentiality
  • Must have the ability to take initiative, multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and reliable, with integrity and great willingness to learn
  • Must have the desire to grow with Corvan and the Corvan team

What are the working hours

Monday-Friday (9:30am-6:30pm), Saturday (9:30am-1:00pm)

Where will I be working at

T01 & T02, 3rd Floor, Atria Shopping Gallery, Jalan SS22/23, Damansara Jaya, 47400 Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
