Job Descriptions:
- Provide administrative support for service operations and related programs.
- Manage DTC redemption processes and maintain accurate documentation.
- Coordinate DTC sales campaigns, including Touch n Go (TnG) payment release administration.
- Oversee RRP administration, including stock receiving, inventory tracking, delivery coordination, and collection reporting.
- Maintain and update Warranty Master records.
- Monitor inventory movements and ensure accurate documentation for service transactions.
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records for service activities and campaigns.
- Perform additional service administration duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Education & Academic
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in, Business Administration, Business Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum GPA: 3.0 and above.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking, with good report writing and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
